JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a fast-growing medical wellness and functional medicine practice undergoing a full brand refresh and digital upgrade. We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) expert who can build, automate, and optimize our digital systems as we scale.
This is not a basic VA role. We need someone who truly understands GHL automations, AI workflows, website management, and CRM optimization.

What You Will Do

GoHighLevel (Core Responsibility)
Build and manage GHL automations, workflows, and pipelines
Set up AI automations (AI chat, AI follow-ups, AI booking assistants)
Create and optimize email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
Automate lead capture ? booking ? follow-ups ? reviews
Set up reputation management, missed-call text back, and reactivation campaigns
Maintain clean CRM structure and tagging systems

Website & Funnel Management

Build and update websites and landing pages inside GoHighLevel
Optimize website for conversion, speed, and mobile responsiveness
Update content as part of rebranding efforts
Create booking funnels, forms, surveys, and intake workflows
Integrate calendars, payment links, and membership flows

Social & AI Automation

Automate posting workflows (social/email/SMS)
Implement AI-assisted content workflows where appropriate
Connect GHL with third-party tools (Zapier, Stripe, Calendars, forms, etc.)

Ongoing Optimization

Improve automation performance based on metrics
Troubleshoot GHL issues and improve user experience
Recommend smarter workflows as the business grows

Required Skills & Experience

Proven GoHighLevel expertise (non-negotiable)
Strong experience with GHL automations, workflows, and AI features
Website and funnel creation experience inside GHL
Solid understanding of CRM logic, tagging, and pipelines
Experience integrating GHL with payment processors and calendars
Strong English communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience working with medical, wellness, or aesthetics businesses
Copywriting or conversion optimization skills
Familiarity with branding or rebranding projects
Graphic design experience (Canva/Figma)

What This Role Is NOT

Not a basic VA
Not social media posting only
Not a short-term project
