JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing eCommerce brand managing multiple Shopify stores.
We are looking for a reliable and autonomous Shopify Virtual Assistant, paid per task / per project.

This is not a full-time position at the beginning.
If the collaboration goes well, this can turn into long-term work with more hours.

REQUIRED SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)
- You must already have real experience with Shopify.
- Modify and customize existing Shopify themes
- Create and edit pages (home, product, collections)
- Upload and manage products (images, variants, descriptions)
- Make basic design & layout adjustments
- Create simple visuals with Canva (banners, images)
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Able to work independently and follow instructions

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We are NOT looking for beginners with no real experience.

Warning about fake experience & AI-written applications
Some candidates claim strong experience using AI-generated applications, but later admit they have no real skills once tested.

This wastes your time and our time.
- If you already built Shopify stores and can work autonomously, you are welcome to apply.
- If you cannot work alone, have never really modified themes, or exaggerated your experience, do not apply.
- If you are not autonomous or do not have the required skills, the collaboration will stop immediately.
