About Us

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce group operating multiple dropshipping and branded e-commerce funnels.
We scale aggressively through paid ads, high-volume creative testing, and data-driven decision making.

Our team consists of media buyers, funnel builders, video editors, and customer support.
We are now hiring a Creative Strategist to own and systemize everything related to ad creatives.

The Role
As a Creative Strategist, you own the strategy behind all paid ad creatives.
You do not edit videos or launch ads.

Your job is to d ---------- :
- Do creative research.
- What creatives get made.
- Which angles get tested.
- Why something wins or loses.
- How winners are iterated and scaled.

You will work closely with the CEO, media buyers, and video editors to lower CPA and unlock scale.
- What You’ll Do
- Develop creative angles and concepts for Meta ads across multiple funnels.
- Translate ad performance data into actionable creative insights.
- Write clear, detailed creative briefs for video editors.
- Define weekly creative testing priorities and roadmaps.
- Analyze hooks, retention, watch time, scroll stop, and fatigue.
- D ---------- when to iterate, kill, or scale creatives.
- Ensure strong alignment between ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Collaborate with media buyers to improve CPA, stability, and scalability.
- Maintain structured creative documentation and testing learnings.

What You Bring
- Minimum IQ of 120
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years experience with performance creatives for E-commerce Meta ads.
- Strong direct response mindset. You care about results, not just aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of hooks, angles, retention, and creative testing.
- Ability to read ad data and turn it into clear creative direction.
- Experience briefing and managing video editors or creators.
- High attention to detail and structured way of thinking.
- Ownership mentality. You spot problems early and act without hand-holding.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and performance reports.
