URGENT: Long-term Hiring a Talented Short-Form AI Video Editor ( Intermediate level and above )

A few words about us

Hey! We are Organic Media, a micro-agency creating and distributing AI-generated short-form videos ( 1 to 3 minutes long) for e-commerce brands, mainly in the health and pet niche.

You’ll work directly with our manager ( 20 years old from Europe, over 3 years of real experience in this exact space ), who has personally prepared over 7 hours of step-by-step training on Loom with subtitles to teach you everything from the ground up.
No confusion. No guessing. No wasted time.



What kind of videos will you create?
We create simple but effective short-form AI videos that look native to platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Pinterest.

The process is straightforward:
AI-generated avatars speaking using our paid tools, clean cuts and trimming to remove silences, very simple transitions ( if any ), overlay footage from our 40GB ready-to-use clip library, and basic captions with other minor adjustments. Everything is shown clearly in the training.

These are not complex edits at all. Difficulty level: 5/10

We also provide daily scripts plus a document that shows EXACTLY which clips to use and where, so even a beginner can follow it.



Training & onboarding ( this is the biggest advantage )
Once hired, you receive structured video training with subtitles. In total, we have over seven hours available, though most people don’t need all of it.
The workflow is clear so no missing steps and no “figure it out yourself.”
Most people learn everything the same day, start working immediately, and get faster every single day.

Our goal is simple:
Pay you for a full 8h day while helping you finish in 6h or less.



Daily workload ( important )
You’ll create around 16 to 24 videos per day ( 1 to 3 min long, less than 10GB ).
In reality, this is much easier than it sounds. It’s usually 2 to 3 base videos but remade into multiple versions using the same assets and structure. Once trained, this is very manageable.

Your job is simple:
Create the videos, export them, and send them to us daily.
That’s it. No posting. No account management. No stress.



Equipment & storage ( we make this easy )
You’ll need a decent computer that can smoothly handle standard video editing ( mostly 1080p ), a stable internet connection, and at least 500GB of fast storage. 1-2TB of SSD storage is preferred ( make sure it’s SSD and not old and slow HDD ).

If you need to buy storage ( for example, a 1TB SSD for around $100 ), we will refund you. This is required ONLY to save you time and speed up your workflow so you can be more efficient. It’s also so that you can potentially download 40GB of our footage to save you time. Daily storage usage is still under 10GB so you can delete videos after sending them.

There also may be small subscription costs which you’d have to cover if needed ( only around $10 a month ) for services like iCloud+ or ---------- Nitro - we refund those as well.



Tools & software ( huge upside )
You get free access to paid tools that cost us hundreds of dollars per month, including:
AI avatar tools like Heygen,
editing software like CapCut Pro,
and voice tools like ElevenLabs,
We provide logins, instructions, and full support.



Work environment & communication
You’ll have a private 1:1 chat with our manager and separate one to send your daily work in, work fully remotely through ---------- , receive clear feedback, and be treated as a long-term tea ---------- mber, not disposable labor.

This job is perfect for you if
You’re looking for long-term stability ( months or years ), you’re willing to learn, tech-savvy, creative, organized, and able to focus consistently. You already have video creation/editing experience, especially using CapCut on your Desktop. You care about doing things properly, understand and speak in English well, respond to messages quickly, and can work at least 5 days per week with optional light Saturdays for extra pay. You’re a young, talented, smart individual ( if you’re older, it could still work if you're tallented )
You’re okay with a slightly heavier learning phase in the first week, you’re not afraid to ask questions, you’re reliable and honest about mistakes, and you either already have or can get an iPhone device ( used only for specific verification codes - refunded if needed. You can even get some used iPhone 11 for like $80 which works ).
We value dedication, reliability, and improvement more than raw talent.



This job is not for you if
You’re looking for quick money, disappear without communication, can’t focus, you’re on the older side and have never edited 1 video in your life, have unstable internet, refuse feedback, rush work carelessly, avoid consistency, or cannot communicate in English.



Salary & payments
This is a full-time position, starting at 5 days per week, under 8 hours per day.
Starting salary is around $440/month based on experience, with the potential to increase to $500-$600 based on a few factors such as performance, dedication, and optional light Saturdays.

Payments are monthly, in any currency or method available in your country. ( we’ll try )

To build trust, we’re offering to pay you $100 after the first 10 days of working with us, with the remaining balance at month end. ( we already got scammed by other platforms so please respect this )

And remember, we pay a couple hundred dollars for paid tools so you can get them for FREE meaning your pay is actually 100% profit + refunds for any costs of yours.
