About the Role
We are hiring a Client Success Manager to own client relationships from onboarding through ongoing account success. This role serves as the main point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring strong retention, satisfaction, and growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working directly with US-based clients in a fully remote environment.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account matters
- Lead client onboarding and kickoff calls
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Manage ongoing client communications via
- Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify potential issues early and drive clear, actionable solutions
- Act as the client advocate internally to support retention and growth
- Meet or exceed retention, revenue, growth, and other account KPIs
- Identify expansion opportunities based on client needs and business growth
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Measure client and VA success, analyze performance, and recommend improvements
- Prepare periodic account health and status reports
- Respond to client communications in a timely manner
- Assist with client outreach as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or client relationship management
- Proven experience working with US-based B2B clients
- Comfortable leading onboarding and kickoff calls
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including KPI tracking
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Experience using Zoho CRM & GHL is a plus
Work Setup

- Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM EST
