JOB OVERVIEW

We are an international digital products company working with online funnels, multilingual content, and localization. Our team manages landing pages and funnels in multiple languages across global markets. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our ClickFunnels & Localization Team.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team.

This is a long-term position (40 hours/week) with stable workload and clear processes.
You will work mainly with ClickFunnels funnel pages and support our localization and content workflows by following step-by-step instructions.

No prior experience with ClickFunnels or marketing is required — we provide training and SOPs.
What matters most to us is your ability to follow instructions exactly, stay focused, and work carefully.

Main Responsibilities

Learn and use ClickFunnels to build and edit funnel pages (drag & drop).
Update texts, images, buttons, and links based on clear instructions.
Insert localized/translated content into existing pages.
Follow written SOPs step by step (no skipping steps).
Perform basic quality checks (links working, correct text, formatting).
Communicate progress and questions via Asana / Slack / email.
Complete tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements

We are NOT looking for advanced technical skills. We ARE looking for the right attitude and work style.

Good English reading and writing skills.
Very strong ability to follow written instructions exactly.
Detail-oriented and careful, even with repetitive tasks.
Able to focus without getting distracted.
Reliable internet connection and laptop/PC.
Willingness to learn new tools (ClickFunnels, Asana, internal systems).
Able to work full-time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (40 hours/week).
Comfortable working independently and reporting progress.

What We Offer

Full-time, long-term position with stable hours.
Starting salary: $560/month Based on $2.50/hour, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (~160 hours/month).

After 3-month probation: Salary increase to $3.00/hour if performance is good.
Clear SOPs and structured training.

Opportunity to grow into more responsibility over time.

We expect consistent availability during agreed working hours, with some overlap with European time zones.
