We are a consulting company based out of New Jersey, USA who provide accounting & other services to our clients.
We specialize in real estate investing and are looking for someone with direct experience in that area.
We are hiring for a long-term position. The right candidate will have great attention to detail, can work independently, and is interested in making the business better.
There are opportunities for raises & growth for the right candidate. We really would like someone who can learn quickly and will take a proactive approach to constantly make things better, without being asked.
GOOD or GREAT American/neutral accent is preferred, someone who is familiar with the US work culture or has worked for a US company before.
We accommodate someone that can work 20-40 hours a week, with the opportunity to become full-time + a pay increase consideration annually.

The working hours are 9:00 – 5:00pm (flexible), based on EST (UTC -5). Any breaks taken are unpaid.
There is an opportunity to learn and grow into new tasks which may lead to more pay increases in the future.

Tasks include:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Invoicing clients, tracking payments, managing vendor bills
- Assisting with the creation of bank financing packages utilizing existing Excel templates
- Tax support: Issue/collect 1099s, prepare financials and documents as needed for year end tax process.
-Assist tenants with payment methods, process payments, and manage any payment-related inquiries.
- Process payroll and perform other data entry tasks
Assist team with developing internal accounting strategy as well as strategy for clients
- Continuously update company records and CRM/property management software with the latest information
- File & document organization, Excel projects, creating and editing PDFs
- Pulling information from local government websites
- Occasionally calling & faxing utility companies to set up/remove service
- Other tasks as needed
Attributes:
- Quick learner
- Ability to take constructive criticism & feedback and improve on it
- Experience working in US company / US work culture
- Punctual, on time, responsive
Skills Required:
- Expert in Quickbooks
- Comfortable on phone & meetings speaking English
- Working knowledge / license in different accounting software (QBO, Xero, Buildium, AppFolio,
- Dropbox, Google Drive or shared drive experience
- MS Office Suite + PDF
- Fast, consistent internet connection
- Docusign, Dotloop, or other document preparation software
- Experience with CRM Software (Asana, Podio, HubSpot, etc.)
- Previous experience with US-based real estate or contractor companies
Skills Preferred / Nice to Have
- Currently utilizes AI tools / agents to perform job
- Experience with property management software
- Experience working with US municipal / city offices
- Experience working with a real estate agent or broker
