JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Virtual Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will work directly with our U.S.-based Marketing Director to create on-brand, engaging content and visuals that promote our campgrounds, RV resorts, and family entertainment center. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and a good grasp of current social media trends and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

* Create engaging and consistent graphics for social media, email campaigns, print materials, signage, and promotions
* Design event flyers, brochures, web banners, digital ads, and branded templates
* Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across properties
* Assist with photo editing and basic video trimming when needed

Social Media Management

* Schedule, post, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, possibly TikTok or YouTube Shorts)
* Write engaging captions, apply relevant hashtags, and monitor page engagement
* Respond to comments/messages and escalate inquiries as needed
* Help plan and execute seasonal or location-specific campaigns and promotions
* Track social media performance and provide monthly reports

Requirements:

* 2+ years of graphic design experience (with portfolio)
* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar tools
* Proven experience managing and growing business social media accounts
* Excellent English communication and writing skills
* Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, layout, and color
* Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and content strategies
* Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines across multiple brands
* Stable internet connection and reliable workstation
* Video editing experience (Reels, Shorts, or YouTube clips)
* Experience with project management tools
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
* Experience in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment-related brands preferred
