JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We’re looking for a full-stack AI Video Producer to handle end-to-end production of AI-generated storytelling videos for a YouTube channel. This is not just an editing role. You will be responsible for the entire production pipeline, from script creation to final video delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands AI tools, cinematic storytelling, pacing for YouTube retention, and can independently produce high-quality videos at scale.

Responsibilities
1. Scripting & Story Development

Write or refine compelling AI-assisted scripts using tools like ChatGPT and Claude

Follow channel tone, format, and storytelling structure (hooks, pacing, retention)

Adapt scripts for different video lengths when needed

2. AI Image & Visual Generation

Generate visuals using tools such as:

Midjourney
Nano Banana
Kling
Leonardo.ai

Create consistent visual styles across scenes

Understand prompt engineering for cinematic, story-driven visuals

3. Voiceover Production

Generate or manage AI voiceovers (ElevenLabs or similar)

Ensure clear pronunciation, emotional delivery, and pacing

Sync voiceover naturally with visuals

4. Video Editing & Assembly

Edit full videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar

Create smooth transitions, subtle motion, and cinematic flow

Add sound design, ambient music, and light effects where appropriate

Export final videos ready for YouTube upload

5. Full Video Ownership

Handle the project from start to finish with minimal supervision

Deliver completed videos that meet quality, timing, and brand standards

Be able to scale output once systems are established

Required Skills & Tools
Must-Have

Experience producing AI-generated YouTube videos end-to-end

Strong knowledge of:

ChatGPT
Claude
Midjourney
Nano Banana
Kling
Leonardo.ai
Solid understanding of YouTube pacing and retention

Strong English writing and storytelling skills

Nice-to-Have

Experience with storytelling niches (history, mystery, horror, sci-fi, sleep stories, etc.)

Familiarity with YouTube automation workflows

Ability to replicate a visual or narrative style consistently
