We are looking for a performance driven Media Buyer who wants to sharpen their skills, work on real ad spend, and grow under the direct mentorship of a marketer with 20+ years of hands on media buying experience across multiple platforms and industries.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands paid ads, knows how to manage campaigns responsibly, and wants to level up fast by working closely with someone who has spent decades mastering the craft.
This role includes performance based bonuses and commissions that can significantly increase total compensation for the right individual who can get results for our clients.
You will be managing real budgets, real products, and real performance targets. This is not a theory role.
What You Will Do
• Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
• Optimize campaigns daily based on performance data and key metrics
• Conduct audience research, creative analysis, and funnel diagnostics to improve ROI
• Manage ecommerce focused campaigns primarily for Shopify and Amazon brands
• Analyze results using Google Analytics and platform reporting tools
• Provide clear performance insights and recommendations for scaling or fixing campaigns
• Work closely with the founder to refine strategy, structure, and execution
• Stay current with platform updates, policy changes, and emerging opportunities
Required Experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in media buying or performance marketing
• Hands on experience managing paid ads for ecommerce brands
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making data driven decisions
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently in a remote environment
