PART-TIME ECOMMERCE ACCOUNT MANAGER (REMOTE)
4–5 HOURS/DAY | U.S. EASTERN TIME
We are a growing U.S.-based ecommerce company in the home & bedding category looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Ecommerce Account Manager to support multiple online retail and marketplace accounts.
This is a long-term, part-time role for someone comfortable working U.S. hours.
What You’ll Do:
Manage ecommerce portals (Wayfair, Macy’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Rue Gilt Groupe, etc.)
Monitor purchase orders (POs)
Upload inventory, pricing updates, and promotions
Fix listing issues and submit support tickets
Communicate via
Maintain spreadsheets and reports
Required Skills:
Experience with ecommerce marketplaces or retail portals
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable working independently and following SOPs
Willing to learn new systems
Software We Use (Training Provided):
GoFlow
NetSuite
Dropbox
Gmail & Google Docs
Microsoft Excel & Word
Schedule:
4–5 hours per day
Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
Long-term role for the right candidate
Nice to Have:
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.)
