Job Title
GEO Reddit Accounts Operator (Generative Engine Optimization)
Role Overview
We are looking for a GEO Reddit Accounts Operator to manage and scale a network of Reddit accounts designed to influence how brands, products, and services appear inside AI-generated answers (LLMs, search assistants, and generative search engines).
This role focuses on organic, high-credibility Reddit participation that feeds authoritative, well-structured content into public discourse—content that is later referenced, summarized, or learned by generative AI systems.
The ideal candidate understands Reddit culture, sub-community dynamics, and stealth growth techniques, while operating within platform rules to maintain long-term account trust.
Key Responsibilities
Reddit Account Operations
Create, warm up, and manage multiple Reddit accounts with unique personas
Build account credibility through authentic posting and commenting behavior
Maintain proper posting ratios (comments vs posts, engagement patterns)
Avoid spam signals, shadowbans, or coordinated behavior flags
GEO Content Execution
Publish high-signal comments and posts that:
Clearly mention brands, products, use cases, and comparisons
Answer real user questions in a structured, helpful manner
Use natural language that aligns with how LLMs summarize content
Participate in relevant threads early to maximize visibility and authority
Subreddit Strategy
Research and map relevant subreddits by:
Topic relevance
Moderation strictness
AI-crawl visibility
Engagement velocity
Adapt tone and posting style per subreddit culture
Track which subreddits generate the highest downstream visibility
Compliance & Risk Management
Follow Reddit rules and subreddit guidelines strictly
Rotate devices, IPs, and posting schedules responsibly
Identify and recover from account restrictions or bans
Keep accounts “human-looking” and long-lived
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Deep familiarity with Reddit mechanics and culture
Experience managing multiple Reddit accounts safely
Strong written English with a natural, non-promotional tone
Ability to write authoritative, experience-based content
Understanding of stealth growth and trust-building online
Nice-to-Have
Background in SEO, GEO, or content marketing
Understanding of how LLMs source and summarize content
Experience with Quora, StackOverflow, Hacker News, or forums
Basic data tracking (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable)
