JOB OVERVIEW

Growth & Creative Partner (Websites, SEO, Social, Graphics)

Short summary: Seeking a proactive VA who will act as a team partner to scale websites and brands — combining web design, SEO, content (real writers + AI), social media, and graphic/media creation with a results-first, test-and-learn approach.

Responsibilities:
• Design, fix and optimize websites for Google AdSense & affiliate revenue (layout, UX, speed, tracking).

• Manage content strategy: brief/coordinate real writers, leverage AI, publish SEO-focused blog content to drive organic traffic.

• Execute SEO work: keyword research, on?page, technical fixes, link opportunities, analytics and reporting.

• Run social media: regular posting, audience growth, and routing respondents to other channels/sources.

• Create graphics & media: sales decks, ad creative, product campaign assets.

• Build advertiser outreach and niche monetization strategies; A/B test and refine campaigns.

Required qualifications:
• Proven SEO + organic traffic growth experience; AdSense/affiliate monetization experience.

• Web design/CMS skills (WordPress or equivalent), basic HTML/CSS, analytics.

• Strong content & copy coordination skills; experience using AI tools productively.

• Graphic design proficiency (Canva/Adobe/Figma) and ad creative experience.

• Clear communicator, self-starter, comfortable as a strategic partner.

Nice to have:
• Web3 / crypto familiarity.

• Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp community experience.
