We’re hiring a Warm Caller at Acquisition Ascension to speak with leads who have already requested a call.
These are not random cold dials.
Every person you speak with has opted in and wants to be contacted.
Your role is to follow up professionally, guide the conversation using our scripts, and book qualified appointments.
You’ll be working US time zones, approximately 2–3 hours per day, with clear expectations around responsiveness and execution.
Your Responsibilities:
Call warm, opt-in leads who have requested a callback
Follow proven scripts to qualify and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes in the CRM
Confirm details and ensure strong show-up rates
Communicate consistently with the team during US hours
What You’ll Get:

You’re a Good Fit If You:
Speak fluent English with a clear, confident phone presence
Have experience in warm calling, appointment setting, or sales (preferred)
Are comfortable working US time zones
Can consistently commit to 3–4 hours per day
Are reliable, organized, and follow systems without micromanagement
