Our team is looking for a Production Coordinator / Even-Numbers to provide efficient, accurate and reliable team & order support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is customer-centric & focused with a positive tea ---------- ntality. Our next candidate will be organized, have an eye for detail with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week of work based on the U.S. business day, with some flexibility to match one of the U.S. time zones (Pacific, Mountain, Central or Eastern time).

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Production Coordinator / Even-Numbers will manage all necessary steps for successful execution of our even-numbered projects, working alongside our “PC / Odd” to provide over-arching parity for all projects. They will receive project information from internal stakeholders to facilitate job dockets that clearly outline requirements for our production team. The Production Coordinator will communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional, pro-active and positive manner to assist with the completion of these projects.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

•Provide project coordination from order submission to successful delivery of final product to our valued client-partners.

• Coordinate the production activities of all in-progress projects—primarily scheduling, project management, proofing, printing/personalization

• Establish supplier-partner & project timelines and milestones to guarantee customer expectations are met

• Respond to team & customer requests with regards to the status of in-progress jobs

• Provide dedicated order & project support to our team

• Produce and distribute Purchase Orders (“PO’s”)with complete specifications and instructions

• Review quoted PO’s with the actual supplier order to ensure alignment

• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients

• Proactively advise your Inside Sales Team if projects are not able to meet scheduled delivery or other needs, and creatively & efficiently provide alternative solutions

• Perform quality control checks on live jobs as requested

• Collaborate with Management and Production Tea ---------- mbers on the development and implementation of service improvements

• Write & Speak fluent English as well as Tagalog, as the current composition of our team is ½ in the U.S. and ½ in the Philippines.
