JOB OVERVIEW

POSITIONS WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We run a YouTube sailing channel with over 300K subscribers and publish weekly long-form episodes. We’re currently in a boat yard rebuilding a catamaran, so our style leans toward "how-to / rebuild vlogging" with natural humor woven in.
We’re building an editing team and are looking for highly experienced Adobe Premiere editors who are comfortable working in a collaborative, pass-off workflow and shaping long-form raw footage into compelling stories. Our weekly raw timelines are anywhere from 6–10 hours, edited down to a 30-minute episode with music, transitions, professional color grading, and sound design.

You must be comfortable building a clear narrative from unscripted, real-world footage with minimal direction. Strong project organization, clean timelines, and good file management are non-negotiable, as projects are regularly passed between tea ---------- mbers. This role involves collaborative feedback and revisions, so the ability to take notes well and make changes to your work is essential (even if you think it's perfect). We value fast pacing and strong storytelling so please include examples of long-form YouTube edits you’ve worked on that may align with this and briefly describe your role in each when applying.

Minimum 3+ years of Premiere experience required... if you haven’t been editing at a professional level for that long, please don’t apply. We’re looking for storytellers who can create structure and emotion fro ---------- ssy, real-world footage.
Strong organization, clear communication, well spoken English, and comfort working with shared project files are essential. Experience with long-form YouTube unscripted content is a big plus.
We’re currently in Grenada (AST timezone).
