About Me:
Hi! I’m Hugh. I run several online projects in the personal development / NLP / healing / training space, including online courses, memberships, and digital products. I’m very strong on ideas, content, and teaching. I’m not as strong on follow-through and implementation. That’s where you come in.
About the Role:
I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented implementer who can:
Take my ideas, notes, and transcripts and turn them into finished assets.
Help manage projects and keep things moving.
Support launches and ongoing sales so the business can grow.
This is not just a generic VA role. I want someone who enjoys owning projects, closing loops, and gently driving me forward when I stall. And I do stall and go dark when I need to recharge.
I can provide a full personality profile of me and how to work with me to the successful candidate.
We’ll likely start part-time (10 hours/week) and can grow the role as revenue grows.

You write excellent English and have good attention to detail.
You’re proactive: you don’t just wait for instructions, you suggest next steps.
You’re comfortable gently nudging your boss:
“We’re waiting on X from you. Here are 2 options—please choose so we can move.”
You’re curious about online courses, coaching, and personal development.
You care about honest, ethical marketing and don’t like manipulative tactics.
