I’m looking for an experienced real estate disposition manager to help me build a qualified buyer list of active home builders.
My business focuses on vacant land, and the goal of this role is to identify, contact, and qualify home builders by collecting their buying criteria so we can source deals that match exactly what they’re buying.
This is not a beginner role. I’m only looking for someone who already has simple, proven systems for contacting builders and documenting criteria.
Responsibilities
• Identify active home builders (small to mid-size preferred)
• Contact builders or their Land Acquisition Specialists directly
• Obtain and document buying criteria, including:
• Counties / zip codes
• Lot sizes
• Price ranges
• Zoning preferences
• Provide proof of contact with builders
• Organize all data cleanly (Google Sheet or CRM-ready format)

What Counts as a Qualified Lead
You will be paid $50 per qualified builder lead.
A lead is considered qualified only if:
• The builder is currently active
• Buying criteria is clearly provided
• Proof of contact is included
• The builder is open to receiving deals
No criteria = no payment.

• Prior experience in real estate dispositions
• Experience working with home builders or developer buyers
• Ability to show examples of:
• Buyer lists
• Builder criteria
• Previous disposition work
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• No hand-holding needed
