About the Role
We are a fast growing recruiting company that partners with real estate media businesses across the United States. Our clients hire local photographers, virtual assistants, and admin staff, and we support them through the full hiring process.
We are looking for a full time Recruiter who has proven experience hiring for North American companies, strong English communication, and the professionalism to represent our brand during interviews. You will work side by side with our recruiting team to manage high volume talent pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
This is a long term position with advancement opportunities and a very supportive (and fun!) environment.
What You Will Do:
Recruiting and Screening
- Conduct Zoom video interviews (
- Evaluate candidate quality based on the specifics of the company
- Assess personality, reliability, professionalism, and client fit
- Shortlist candidates for US based clients
Admin and Coordination
- Manage candidate
- Keep applicant tracking organized
- Prepare notes, summaries, and recommendations
- Assist with various hiring related admin tasks
Communication and Client Support
- Work closely with our lead recruiter daily
- Maintain fast and friendly communication
- Provide updates and follow ups as needed
Requirements
*Must Have*
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience for US or Canada based companies
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable conducting a high volume of video interviews daily
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
- Can work 9am to 5pm EDT Tuesday to Saturday
- Strong and reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring creatives, photographers, or virtual assistants
- High volume recruiting experience
- Background in real estate or media companies
