Role Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our DTC brands.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels, working closely with the Brand Manager and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok as relevant)
- Manage daily ad performance, budgets, and optimisation
- Test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve CPA and ROAS
- Work with creative team on ad concepts, briefs, and iterations
- Track and report on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
- Support product launches and promotions with paid media strategy
- Collaborate on landing page and funnel optimisation
- Maintain and scale retargeting and retention campaigns
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in performance marketing for DTC brands
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
- Data-driven mindset with creative sensitivity
- Experience working with e-commerce brands (Shopify preferred)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods is a plus
