Job Title: Python Developer – Lead Automation & Data Integration Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote

Overview:
We are seeking a Python Developer to help automate and streamline our multi-channel lead generation processes. We manage over 250 Excel files in various formats and use several tools for lead generation, including SMS, emails, direct mail, cold calling, and ringless voicemail. The ideal candidate will build fully automated workflows that integrate our tools, ensure data accuracy, and optimize lead management using Python.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Use Python to organize, clean, and sync over 250 Excel files with varying headers and formats, ensuring standardized data for all marketing channels.
Automation: Develop Python-based automation workflows for SMS, emails, direct mail, calls, and ringless voicemail, from lead acquisition to booking meetings or making offers.
Tool Integration: Create seamless Python integrations for tools like Slybroadcast (ringless voicemail), Mailmeteor (emails), direct mail services, Dialer for cold calling, and SMS.
Data Quality Verification: Implement Python scripts to verify phone numbers and emails, flag verified leads, and automate follow-up processes.
Duplicate Management: Use Python to detect, merge, or remove duplicate data, ensuring clean, organized datasets.
Reporting & Insights: Build Python scripts to generate reports on lead sources, data verification, and follow-up actions.
CRM Integration: Sync leads and data between our marketing tools and Freedom Soft CRM using Python, ensuring smooth data flow.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Python, especially with data manipulation libraries like Pandas.
Strong knowledge of API integrations for automating workflows.
Proficient in Excel data management using Python.
Experience with CRM systems, especially Freedom Soft, and familiarity with lead generation platforms.
Experience with data quality verification and duplicate elimination using Python.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in real estate lead generation or similar industries.
Previous work with integrating marketing tools and CRM systems.
