We’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Phone Sales Rep to run high-volume cold call outreach to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across the United States. Your main job is to identify the right decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book/hand off sales-ready leads for our team to pursue—specifically for our medical-grade compression stockings product line.
This role is ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, thrives on targets, and can clearly prove they’ve succeeded in similar outbound/cold-calling roles.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to SNFs nationwide (daily call activity expected).
- Navigate gatekeepers and consistently reach decision-makers (e.g., DON, Administrator, Procurement, Therapy/Rehab, Nursing leadership).
- Qualify leads using clear criteria (need, authority, timing, current supplier, pricing/contract constraints, buying process).
- Set appointments and/or create warm handoffs for the closer/account executive to continue the sales process.
- Maintain clean, detailed CRM records (call notes, follow-ups, lead status, next steps).
- Follow up relentlessly and professionally via calls, voi
- Track and report performance metrics (calls, connects, conversations, qualified leads, meetings set, conversion rates).
- Learn and communicate product positioning and basic clinical/value benefits relevant to SNFs.
What Success Looks Like (Key Metrics)
- Consistently hits weekly/monthly activity targets (calls, connects, decision-maker conversations).
- Produces a steady pipeline of qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
- Improves conversion rates over time through better talk tracks, objection handling, and follow-up strategy.
- Keeps CRM accurate enough that anyone can pick up a lead and know exactly what’s happening.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound phone sales experience (cold calling is a must; B2B healthcare is a big plus).
- Proven ability to demonstrate achievements with numbers (examples: meetings booked/month, connect rates, quota attainment, pipeline generated, conversion rates, revenue influenced).
- Strong objection handling, confident phone presence, and the ability to stay consistent through rejection.
- Experience reaching decision-makers and managing follow-up sequences.
- Comfortable learning and explaining a product in a regulated/clinical context (you don’t need to be a clinician—just coachable and accurate).
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage a lead pipeline without hand-holding.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience selling into SNFs, long-term care, rehab, home health, DME, or medical supplies.
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and dialers.
- Familiarity with Medicare/insurance-adjacent conversations (helpful, not required).
Skills & Traits We’re Looking For
- Competitive, resilient, and consistent day-to-day
- Clear communicator with a professional tone
- Strong time management and follow-through
- Curious mindset (asks good questions, learns fast, improves scripts)
