This role is for someone who truly understands Amazon, not just on the surface, but operationally, strategically and commercially.
The Role
As our Amazon Marketplace Manager, you are fully responsible for managing and growing our Amazon account. We operate FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant), so understanding logistics, performance metrics and operational control is essential.
You will own Amazon end-to-end:
Commercial performance
Ads and promotions
Account health
Product research and expansion opportunities
You will work closely with our listing designer, ads specialists and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management
Full ownership of the Amazon Seller Central account (FBM)
Monitor and optimize account health, performance metrics and policy compliance
Manage inventory logic, pricing and margin control (in collaboration with ops)
Amazon Ads & Growth
Manage and optimize Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD)
Understand bid strategies, search term harvesting and scaling logic
Align ad performance with listing quality and conversion rate
Set up and manage Amazon Promotions (coupons, deals, discounts)
Brand & Conversion Optimization
Manage Amazon Brand Store structure and performance
Oversee A+ Content strategy and performance
Review listings critically and provide clear guidelines for improvements
Able to create basic listing drafts or A+ structures when needed
Product & Market Research
Conduct product research on Amazon (demand, competition, margins)
Validate opportunities outside Amazon (Google Trends, external tools, market logic)
Analyze competitors, pricing structures and positioning
Identify expansion opportunities for existing and new products
Reporting & Strategy
Weekly performance reporting (revenue, TACoS, ACOS, CVR, sessions)
Translate data into clear actions and growth plans
Proactively spot issues and opportunities
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon experience
Proven experience managing brands with €100,000+ in Amazon revenue
Experience with real brands or serious white labels (not small side projects)
Strong understanding of:
Amazon FBM operations
Amazon Ads
Promotions & Deals
Brand Store & A+ Content
Able to think commercially, not just operationally
Structured, data-driven and proactive
Comfortable working with high standards and ownership
If you have “some experience” or only worked on small accounts, this role is not for you.
