JOB OVERVIEW

Operations Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to support in managing the day to day of the business.

You must have US based operations experience for more than 3 years, work night shifts for more than 2 years and flourish in a fast paced environment.

You must have honesty and integrity in your work and values.

You must have extensive experience with the following applications and will be tested.

Spreadsheets/Excel, including summation tables, formulas, pivot tables, and more.
Budget management
People management
Exceptional writing
Google suite including developing surveys and google forms
Microsoft Suite of products (sharepoint, powerpoint (or Canva))

Critical thinker with extreme attention to detail and great communicator.
