JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Research & Data Operations VA to work Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST.
You will follow detailed SOPs to research vacation rental communities, apartment communities, and real estate opportunities, then enter all data accurately into HubSpot.

This role includes research, calls, follow-ups, SMS, email outreach, CRM updates, and property analysis.
Training, scripts, SOPs, videos, and tools will all be provided.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be trained to perform all tasks in our SOPs, including:

???? Vacation Rental Communities Research (Airbnb)
- Search for Airbnb communities that meet specific criteria
- Identify 5 comparable Airbnb listings
- Find community address, name, policies, requirements
- Record all data into HubSpot accurately (company + contact records)

???? Apartment Community Research (Zillow)
- Identify multi-unit rental communities
- Save and document all required information
- Research community websites, leasing offices, contact details
- Record everything into HubSpot

???? Phone Calls & Communication
- Call leasing offices to collect missing information
- Use our scripts for long-term leasing partnership inquiries
- Ask questions, take notes, and update HubSpot
- Send emails & follow-ups using our templates

???? General Admin & Data Tasks
- Google Sheets data entry
- HubSpot updates (contacts, companies, tasks, statuses)
- Following up via SMS, email, and phone
- Basic research outside of SOPs
- Learning and executing future SOP expansions as assigned

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English (BPO level) — MUST be confident speaking on the phone
- Strong research & analytical skills
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Fast learner, follows instructions exactly
- Comfortable using multiple tools, tabs, CRM, websites
- Stable internet, quiet workspace for calls
- Dependable, full-time availability during 9AM–6PM EST

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Florida Time)

Salary & Growth:

We offer a structured, guaranteed salary increase schedule:
$2.00/hour for the first 2 weeks (training)
$3.00/hour for the next 2 months
$3.50/hour for the next 3 months
$4.00/hour ongoing afterward

Paid every 2 weeks via PayPal.
Timeproof is required
