We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee daily operations, grow sales, and optimize performance across all platforms. This is a long-term role with major growth opportunities as our brand family continues expanding.

???? Role Responsibilities
???? Marketplace Store Management (Amazon, TikTok, Walmart)

Manage daily Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Walmart Marketplace operations

Maintain accurate listings, variations, categories, and inventory

Handle compliance checks, listing quality alerts, stranded inventory, etc.

Upload new products, update content, and ensure brand consistency

???? Listing Optimization & A+ Content

Write and optimize product titles, bullets, and descriptions

Manage keyword research and competitive positioning

Create and upload A+ Content, Storefront content, and enhanced creatives

Collaborate with design team for high-quality listing graphics

???? Amazon PPC, TikTok Campaigns & Walmart Ads

Build and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD)

Optimize ACOS, ROAS, keywords, bids, and budget allocation

Manage TikTok Shop ad campaigns and Boost settings

Set up Walmart ad campaigns and monitor performance

Test creatives, audiences, and strategies to increase conversions

???? TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Management

Recruit TikTok creators and manage influencer outreach

Provide creators with product details, guidelines, and discount codes

Track creator performance, commissions, and content effectiveness

???? Data Analysis & Reporting

Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad metrics

Provide weekly performance reports

Identify opportunities for ranking improvements and sales growth

???? Logistics, Inventory & Operations Coordination

Coordinate with fulfillment teams (Amazon FBA, FBM, 3PL)

Track inventory, prevent stockouts, manage replenishments

Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and compliance documentation

???? Requirements

We are seeking someone who has:

Strong experience managing Amazon Seller Central

Experience with TikTok Shop (required)

Experience with Walmart Marketplace (preferred but not required)

Knowledge of Amazon PPC / TikTok ads / Walmart ads

Strong English communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Experience with supplements or fitness products is a plus

Graphic or A+ content design experience

Knowledge of Helium10, JungleScout, or other research tools

Experience with influencer outreach or UGC programs

Understanding of conversion rate optimization
