JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time or Part-Time (4hr or 7hr) Between 9AM to 6PM - New York Eastern Time

Our printing and promotional products company is looking to add a professional, experienced Office Sales Manager to our successful team.
Only candidates with promotional products industry experience will be considered.

We design and produce a wide range of advertising materials for companies, retail stores, national chains, wholesalers, and corporations.

Responsibilities

Execute an aggressive daily outreach and follow-up plan using CRM software (Commonsku or ESP or SAGE) to generate new business opportunities with both prospects and existing clients.

Document all activity in the CRM and prepare weekly sales activity reports with projected results.

Expand and qualify the prospect list through phone outreach, internet research, networking, and other lead sources.

Maintain and grow relationships with current clients to secure repeat and increased orders.

Consistently achieve sales goals by building rapport, following up, developing proposals, presenting solutions, and overcoming objections.

Assist in developing and implementing innovative marketing plans to support sales growth. Extra duties for office manager.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Experience in the promotional products industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; some college coursework accepted.

Strong cold-calling ability with skill in reaching decision-makers, building relationships, and closing sales.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Verified track record of exceeding sales goals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain strong working relationships with coworkers and vendors.

Requirements

2+ years of national sales experience.

Strong communication skills to sell effectively to decision-makers at all levels.

Proven success selling promotional products to corporate clients.
