Perfect Fit Loans | Remote – Work from Home | U.S.-Based Team (Pacific Time)
We are hiring an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to support our Loan Officers in the initial stages of the mortgage process, including loan file setup, pre-approvals, and navigating unique product guidelines. This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who is confident working with U.S. mortgage files and a variety of loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, DSCR, and Construction loans.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
(10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Time)
Must be available during these hours to work alongside our Sumner, Washington team
Key Responsibilities
-Support loan officers by preparing files for pre-approval and underwriting-
-Collect and organize borrower documents
-Understand and apply detailed product guidelines across multiple loan types
-Review client scenarios and help match them with suitable loan products
-Structure and quote loan scenarios using LOS/CRM tools
-Communicate with borrowers and tea
-Maintain updated, compliant, and organized digital loan files
-Coordinate with processors and underwriters to ensure a smooth handoff
What We’re Looking For
-At least 2 years of hands-on U.S. mortgage experience (required)
-Strong knowledge of loan products: FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, DSCR, and Construction
-Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken
(You must be confident in unscripted conversations and understand American slang and idioms)
-Minimal to neutral accent — English must sound natural and fluent to native U.S. borrowers
-Tech-savvy and experienced with tools like Encompass, ARIVE, LendingPad, or similar platforms
-Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
-Must be comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
A Day in the Life
You’ll start the day by checking in with your assigned Loan Officer and reviewing new files. You’ll handle borrower communication, gather documents, run pricing and guideline checks, and prepare files for processing. Your work ensures we stay efficient, accurate, and client-focused from day one.
