About the Role
Our engineering/AI consulting firm is looking for a detail-obsessed, highly organized Virtual Assistant who is exceptional with Excel, data cleaning, lead enrichment, and CRM management (GoHighLevel).
Your first mission will be to take a 35,000-row leads list and transform it into a clean, validated, and enriched dataset. This requires precision, persistence, and comfort working with large datasets.
Afterwards, you will help upload and organize everything inside GoHighLevel, using tags, custom fields, automations, and workflows.
This is not a customer-facing role, but we will collaborate closely—so excellent written and spoken English is essential.
???? Your Core Responsibilities
1. Lead List Cleanup & Organization
Remove duplicate entries
Standardize formatting
Identify missing fields (name,
Flag invalid or suspicious entries
2. Lead Enrichment & Verification
You must be comfortable using tools such as:
LinkedIn
FullEnrich
Apollo / RocketReach / Hunter
Clearout / NeverBounce / ZeroBounce
Tasks include:
Finding missing contact info
Verifying
Confirming job titles and company details
3. CRM Management in GoHighLevel
Upload leads into GHL
Organize with tags, smart lists, pipelines
Assist in building or managing simple workflows
Understand triggers, conditions, and automation mapping
4. General VA/Data Support
Basic reporting and summaries
Helping improve lead processes
Clear communication and timely progress updates

Required Skills
? Excellent English (written & spoken)
? Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
? Strong experience with lead research and data enrichment tools
? Understanding of GoHighLevel contacts & workflows
? Extreme attention to detail
? Can follow instructions with ZERO errors
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting engineering or technical businesses
Comfortable working with large datasets (20k–100k rows)
Familiar with AI tools and automation platforms
Familiar with building basic SOPs
