Vertical Video Pro is seeking a talented, people-focused individual who excels in communication, organization, and problem solving. This person will be responsible for leading client communication, managing support questions, and ensuring every client gets the world-class experience VVP is known for.

You’re the heartbeat between our clients and our editing team — the person who keeps everything moving smoothly, on time, and with a smile.

The Role

As a Client Success Manager / Content Manager, your primary role is to build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication, client service, and internal team coordination. You are the main point of contact for each client and will guide them through onboarding, content review, and ongoing support.

You’ll also oversee quality control, ensuring all content meets brand standards before being delivered to clients. You are the bridge between clients and editors — making sure expectations are clear, deadlines are met, and clients feel fully supported.

Responsibilities

???? Client Communication & Support

- Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients
- Manage day-to-day communication and support questions
- Respond to support requests quickly and professionally
- Send periodic “check-in” emails and schedule calls to ensure client needs are met
- Send gifts or fun incentives when clients hit major milestones

???? Onboarding New Clients

- Work with sales to smoothly onboard new clients
- Host onboarding calls via Zoom (expectations, timelines, workflow)
- Gather creative assets, brand guidelines, and necessary files
- Walk clients through the portal (SPP) + upload process
- Set expectations, timelines, and next steps clearly

????????? Content Management & Quality Control

- Act as liaison between clients and editing team
- Review and approve all video edits before sending to clients
- Ensure captions are accurate, pacing is strong, and content matches brand guidelines
- Provide editors with clear revision notes when needed
- Maintain deadlines and ensure content is delivered on time
- Ensure content aligns with client goals and the VVP standard

???? Project Coordination & Workflow

- Manage a roster of clients and help them stay organized
- Maintain project timelines, tasks, and internal communication
- Ensure editors have everything they need for each project
- Track client sentiment and proactively address potential issues
- Continuously improve workflows to enhance client experience

???? Relationship Building

- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Make clients feel understood, supported, and confident
- Help clients stay on track with their content strategy
- Celebrate wins and help solve challenges

???? Innovation & Improvement

- Continuously brainstorm new ways to enhance client experience
- Improve onboarding, communication systems, and overall operations
- Help develop new training materials or internal processes
- Bring ideas that make VVP an elite-level client experience

Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior English proficiency (most important)
- Strong organization and project-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Technology comes naturally to you
- Experience with Notion, Google Suite, GoHighLevel,
- Positive, flexible, and solutions-focused communicator
- Comfortable working with a variety of personality types
- Strong time-management skills for yourself and assisting clients
- Understanding of social media content and creative production
- Experience with Notion or similar project management tools
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve client issues confidently
- Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut or Premiere) is a plus
