We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy LMS Administrator to join our team and support our online Spanish program for schools across the U.S. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with technology, learning new software, and ensuring smooth experiences for students, teachers, and schools.
Responsibilities:
Manage our LMS (Buzz Agilix) on an ongoing basis (weekly tasks + project-based updates).
Onboard new school customers into the platform, including:
Creating and configuring customer domains.
Setting up portals for schools.
Inputting and organizing student data.
Assigning students and teachers to the correct courses/learning paths.
Maintain and update courses inside Buzz Agilix (upload content, adjust settings, troubleshoot).
Quality check all setups to ensure smooth access for schools.
Collaborate with our Customer Success Manager to support schools and staff.
Perform weekly check-ins on the LMS to ensure everything is working correctly.
Hours & Workload
5–10 hours per week on average but could lead into more.
Workload may increase slightly during busy periods (e.g., when new schools start each semester).
Flexible hours — you can complete tasks on your schedule, but must meet deadlines and respond within 24 hours during the workweek.
Training & Support
We provide complete training materials and step-by-step videos for all tasks.
You’ll have support from our existing team as you get comfortable with the Buzz Agilix platform.
You must be willing to learn and master Buzz Agilix (experience with LMS platforms is a plus, but not required).
Requirements
Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical when managing student data.
Tech-savvy and quick learner with new platforms/software.
Excellent written English communication skills (for documenting tasks and updating team).
Prior experience with any LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Google Classroom, etc.) is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Reliable computer and internet connection.
