JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
Automotive Parts Solutions (APS) is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub. This position is ideal for someone who understands full-funnel digital marketing strategy, execution, automation, and analytics.

You will be responsible for building complete marketing funnels, launching multi-channel campaigns, producing digital content, and using HubSpot to manage and optimize all marketing operations. This role requires a marketer who can make decisions based on data, create compelling content, and improve performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Digital Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen the APS brand and deliver measurable results.
Plan and manage campaigns across social media, email, HubSpot, and other digital channels.
HubSpot Management
Run and optimize marketing campaigns inside HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Build workflows, set up segmentation, and manage lead nurturing and automation.
Create, monitor, and refine full marketing funnels and sales pipelines.
Use HubSpot analytics to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
Content Creation and Execution
Create marketing assets including graphics, short-form videos, product promos, and branded visuals.
Manage social media content calendars and community engagement.
Data Analysis and Strategy
Analyze campaign metrics and provide clear insights and recommendations.
Work with leadership to propose new strategies and refine messaging based on performance data.
Optimize targeting, messaging, and funnel performance to improve engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who brings both strategic and hands-on marketing skills:
Required Skills and Experience
Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (automation, segmentation, analytics, workflows).
Proven background in digital marketing strategy and campaign management.
Ability to create graphics, branded content, and short videos.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setup.

Preferred
Experience building complete marketing funnels from scratch.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
