Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time remote tea ---------- mber with expert-level skills in graphic design, web design, video editing, social media marketing, and modern AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, creative, efficient, and comfortable working with advanced technology in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality graphics for ads, brochures, presentations, and social media campaigns.

Build, update, and maintain company websites and landing pages.

Edit promotional videos, reels, and short-form content optimized for social platforms.

Develop and execute social media content calendars, posting strategies, and engagement plans.

Create branding assets that align with company style guides.

Utilize AI-driven tools (e.g., Lovable, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and similar platforms) to speed up creative production.

Support marketing campaigns with creative execution across digital channels.

Collaborate with management to brainstorm ideas and deliver polished final assets.

Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in professional design software (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Strong experience in web design (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or similar).

Advanced skills in video editing and social content creation.

Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).

Proficiency with AI creative tools, including Lovable, Midjourney, and other emerging platforms.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

A portfolio showcasing recent work (required).

Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industries.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools.

Motion graphics / animation experience.
