We are a marketing agency producing performance lead generation ads for multiple brands. We’re hiring a full-time Media Buyer (Meta Ads) who can bring insights, strategy, and hands-on execution. If you’re a results-driven buyer with 2–3+ years managing Meta end-to-end, available 9–6 PH (Mon–Fri), and looking for a long-term seat in a scaling team with real progression, steady pipelines, and ownership over outcomes, we’d like to see your work. What You’ll Do
-Own Meta strategy, structure, launch, and daily optimisation (prospecting & retargeting)
-Build testing plans (audiences, angles, offers, landers) and run disciplined experiments
-Translate data into clear insights and next steps for creative and offer teams
-Manage budgets, pacing, and scaling while protecting efficiency (CPL/CPA/ROAS targets)
-Maintain clean account hygiene (naming, exclusions, frequency, placements) and simple, useful reporting
-Flag tracking issues early; coordinate fixes and keep stakeholders informed
Must-Haves
-2–3+ years hands-on Meta buying with measurable wins
-Strong testing discipline and campaign hygiene; confident in Ads Manager
-Ability to brief creatives (hooks/angles) and give feedback grounded in data
-Practical understanding of funnels and post-click flow (from ad to booking/lead)
-Reliable communication; clear weekly updates and on-time delivery
-Comfortable working 9–6 PH, Mon–Fri; strong English for briefs and reports
Nice to Have
-Experience across TikTok/Google/YouTube
-Basic CRO chops (offer/page tweaks, form flow)
-GA4 / Looker Studio familiarity; Conversions API awareness
