WhyGolf is a fast-growing golf training brand producing high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, and more. We’re looking for a skilled, creative video editor who can produce polished brand content and conversion-focused ads using our product footage, creator videos, and studio assets.
This role is perfect for someone who understands both storytelling and performance editing inside a DTC ecommerce environment. You will work closely with our marketing team.
Responsibilities
Brand & Social Editing (60%)
-Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
-Turn raw creator and studio footage into polished, on-brand edits.
-Create assets for product launches, partnerships, and day-to-day social content.
-Maintain consistent brand style and deliver quick-turnaround edits.
-Repurpose long-form shoots into multiple versions for testing.
-Collaborate with the creative team to execute content calendars.
Performance Ad Editing (40%)
-Produce high-performing ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
-Edit with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and conversion-focused storytelling.
-Use performance data to iterate and support structured A/B testing.
-Stay current with trends in DTC, UGC, sports, and fitness content.
Requirements:
-2–3+ years editing brand, social, or ads content (DTC or sports/fitness preferred).
-Native or fluent in English
-Ability to work at least 4 hours daily on US Eastern Time (EST), the rest can be completed on your own time.
-Outstanding attention to detail
-Strong portfolio with brand videos, short-form social edits, and paid ads.
-Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) + basic motion graphics.
-Fast turnaround time and ability to adapt edits for multiple formats.
-Strong understanding of American social trends and paid ad structures.
