Responsibilities

- Define clear business & campaign objectives
- Identify KPIs (engagement, leads, sales)
- Every post tied to business goals
Research - The audience & market
- Audit current content performance
- Analyze competitors & trends
- Gather audience insights, customer pains, desires, and decision triggers
- Spot untapped opportunities
- competitive angles and what’s already saturated in the market
Deliverable
- Develop scroll-stopping hooks within the first 1-3 seconds.
- Ensure clear value proposition delivery and strong ad-to-landing-page congruence.
- Implement explicit and compelling calls-to-action.
- Design and guide the production of high-performing short-form video assets (VSLs, UGC) ensuring they adhere to optimal pacing and visual retention principles for the platform.
Optimize- The strategy & content plan
- Build content pillars
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, hooks, visuals, and formats.
- Map out campaign flow
- Implement a rigorous, structured A/B testing matrix for creative elements (hooks, messaging, visuals, ad format) to continuously refine performance.
- Proactively identify and integrate emerging TikTok trends and platform-specific features into compliant content strategies to maximize performance metrics (CTR, CVR).
- Analyze post-campaign performance data within TikTok Ads Manager to glean actionable insights, refine content pillars, and inform future creative scaling strategies.
