JOB OVERVIEW

Remote Real Estate Cold Caller / Texter

Pay: $4/hour + up to $1,000/month in commission
Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week — U.S. hours (preferred)

About Us

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in the U.S. Our team buys off-market houses from motivated sellers. We're looking for a dedicated, fluent, and hardworking Filipino cold caller/texter to help us find more deals. You’ll be trained, supported, and rewarded well for your results!

Your Main Responsibilities:

Call U.S. homeowners using our dialer and script

Send follow-up texts and manage replies

Ask screening questions to identify motivated sellers

Document notes and update lead statuses in our CRM

Follow call scripts (but adapt naturally)

Submit a simple daily report

You Must Have:

Clear, fluent spoken English with neutral accent

Past experience cold calling (real estate is a huge plus)

A fast and reliable internet connection

Quiet home work setup (with headset)

Positive attitude, discipline, and drive to succeed

Familiarity with BatchDialer, REI Reply, or similar tools is a big bonus

What You’ll Get:

$4/hour base pay

5% commission on closed deals (up to an additional $1,000/mo)
