Customer Service Support Agent (E-Commerce) – Full Time
Shift: 15:00–01:00 CET (9 PM–7 AM PH time)

We are an international e-commerce company looking for a proactive, responsible Customer Service Support Agent to support our customers via
Responsibilities
- Reply to customer
- Update orders, customer info, and tracking details in Shopify.
- Handle support through Gmail and other tools.
- Use Google Sheets to track cases and follow up.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively.
Requirements
- Strong written English.
- Experience with Shopify, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Stable internet connection + backup.
- Comfortable working 15:00–01:00 CET daily.
