Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly personable, organized, and proactive Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their funding journey. This role is all about creating a seamless, high-touch client experience—ensuring they feel confident, supported, and well-informed from the start of their funding process all the way through to the finish line.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove customer service and personalized support to clients throughout their funding journey
- Host Zoom calls to walk clients through the funding process and set expectations
- Communicate with internal pod members (Funding Strategists and Processors) to stay up-to-date on client funding progress
- Relay funding results clearly and promptly to clients
- Track and collect open performance fee invoices
- Request and secure testimonials (written and video) from every client after funding
- Conduct client offboarding and ensure all final deliverables are complete
- Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- High motor individual with drive to crush commission goals
- Exceptional communication and people skills—you're naturally warm, clear, and confident
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple clients at once
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Zoom, CRMs, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Previous experience in customer success, coaching, or client-facing roles is a strong plus
