Social Media Video Editor (Remote | Full-Time)
Time zone: Some overlap with California hours

Hi! I’m looking for a skilled video editor with at least 3 years of experience who specializes in short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for video games.

If you know how to cut, pace, and polish videos that actually hold attention and match modern social trends, you might be a great fit.

What you’ll be editing:

Short-form talking head videos and UGC-style content
Highlight clips from long-form interviews or podcasts
Engaging social cuts with captions, transitions, and fast pacing
Branded assets that match the overall look and feel of the company
Content designed to boost watch time, shares, and engagement
Video game trailers

You’d be a strong fit if you:

Have experience editing videos specifically for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
Are fluent in editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut
Know how to add text overlays, motion, and music to boost retention
Understand current trends, hooks, and what performs well on each platform
Communicate clearly and meet tight turnaround times
