JOB OVERVIEW

Zamora Design & Build is a high-end design and build landscape company known for creating luxurious outdoor spaces with exceptional craftsmanship. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer who can work on a project basis to design outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience with both 2D and 3D design, and be comfortable interpreting site plans and blueprints to produce professional landscape concepts.

Responsibilities:
1. Create innovative landscape designs in both 2D and 3D formats.
2. Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
3. Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs meet client requirements and standards.
4. Provide examples of previous work during the application process.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Landscape Designer.
2. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar).
3. Strong ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Portfolio showcasing previous landscape design projects (2D & 3D).
