We are a U.S.-based advisory and accounting firm that is transitioning our internal workflows from ClickUp into a fully optimized Airtable ecosystem. We are looking for an Airtable expert who understands process design, relational database structure, automations, permissions, and building user-friendly interfaces.
This is gig work, but could turn into ongoing projects if we work well together.
We need someone who can take our existing processes and convert them into a clean, scalable Airtable workspace that can be used for a team portal in such apps as Softr and Zite.
Project includes:
1. Designing tables for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual workflows (including populating with data fro ClickUp)
2. Setting up statuses, views, and dependencies that differ by workflow type
3. Creating linked records to roll-up tasks by client group
4. Creating automated task generation (monthly close ? next month task, tax workflow ? next step, etc.)
5. Trigger-based workflows for assignments, reminders, and date calculations
6. Clean logic that does NOT break when tasks move between statuses or lists
Who We’re Looking For:
1. Advanced in Airtable (not a beginner — you must understand relational architecture deeply)
2. Experienced with Airtable Interfaces, automations, formulas, and linked record design
3. Able to document the system so our team can maintain it
4. Comfortable taking a concept and turning it into a clean structured base
5. Detail-oriented and reliable, with strong communication skills
If this sounds perfect for you send me a video csv that includes:
1. Examples of Airtable bases you've built, and what they do.
2. Show me examples of how you document your systems.
3. Explain the most complex Airtable system you've built.
