JOB OVERVIEW

Creative Research & Hiring Operations Assistant (eCommerce)

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company looking for a highly organized, fast-thinking Creative Research & Hiring Assistant to support both our creative team and our internal hiring operations.

This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, tech-savvy, proactive, and experienced in eCommerce or online operations.

Responsibilities

Creative Research
• Search and collect competitor ads using Meta Ad Library.
• Organize video and image ads into Google Drive.
• Transcribe ads and use AI tools to rewrite scripts.
• Prepare headline ideas for image ads.
• Support our copywriters, designers, and editors with organized creative materials.

Hiring & Operations
• Post job listings across LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
• Shortlist candidates, review profiles, and schedule interviews.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new tea ---------- mbers.
• Maintain hiring spreadsheets, communication threads, and follow-ups.
• Support the CEO with general operational tasks when needed.

Requirements
• 3+ years experience in eCommerce, virtual assistance, HR, or operations.
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage many tabs/tools at once.
• Good understanding of Meta Ad Library or willingness to learn fast.
• Experience with hiring, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• Fast internet (50 Mbps+ upload & download) — must provide a Speedtest screenshot.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
