About the Role:
We're looking for a self-motivated SDR to generate qualified appointments for our sales team through smart, targeted outreach. This is a high-impact role and your work directly drives our growth.
What You'll Do:
Research and identify target companies
Send personalized cold
Source warm leads from job sites (Indeed, Upwork)
Conduct discovery calls with prospects
Qualify leads using our 6-point framework
Pass 2-4 qualified appointments/week to the sales executive

Claude AI (research assistance)
GHL (CRM/pipeline)
Google Meet (video calls)
Hubstaff (time tracking & accountability)
What Makes You Great:
2+ years B2B sales or SDR experience
Relevant Work Experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR roles
Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (this is 70% of the job)
Self-directed with strong commitment to role & availability (weekly check-ins, not daily micromanagement)
Professionalism & positive attitude
Comfortable with rejection (it’s part of the game)
Coachable and willing to learn & adapt
Experience with US business culture
Remote Work Experience & Adaptability
Strong Time Management & Dependability
Problem-Solving Skills
Response Time & Clarity in communications
Technical proficiency with sales and CRM tools
Internet & Work Setup reliable for remote work
Nice to Have:
Experience with Apollo or similar tools
Background in digital marketing, HR solutions, or offshore staffing
Track record of exceeding SDR quotas
