JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Senior Voice AI Engineer to build a complete outbound Voice Agent Testing Dashboard where we can:

-Upload CSVs of leads
-Select which voice agent + call style to use
-Run outbound call campaigns
-View full logs, call recordings, transcripts, and KPIs
-A/B test multiple agents and call styles

If you’ve built Retell, Twilio Voice, VAPI, Elevenlabs, or similar voice systems — this is exactly the type of work you’ll be doing.

THE CORE PROJECT YOU’LL BUILD

We want our own internal system:

-Upload a CSV (500–1,000 leads)
-Choose from multiple agents + voice profiles
-Choose from multiple call styles
-Launch outbound calls directly from the dashboard
-Track dial ? connect ? outcome ? bookings
-Store recordings + transcripts
-Display stats (conversion rate, talk time, answer rate, no-answers, etc.)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Build the outbound calling engine (Retell or Twilio)
-Create JSON call flows with branches and fallback logic
-Build a clean, simple dashboard (React/Next.js preferred)
-Handle STT ? logic ? TTS loops
-Build event logging and error handling
-Implement call scoring and call outcome classification
-Produce clear Loom videos explaining your work
-Develop reusable templates so we can deploy this for multiple clients

REQUIRED SKILLS

-Strong experience with Retell, Twilio Voice, VAPI, or similar
-Strong API + webhook + JSON experience
-Comfortable with real-time call events and audio pipelines
-Can build dashboards/admin panels
-Can debug latency, misrecognition, and dropped calls
-Clear written and spoken English

NICE TO HAVE

-ElevenLabs experience
-GoHighLevel webhooks
-Airtable / Supabase logging
-Previous outbound sales agent / recruiter agent experience
