JOB OVERVIEW

I’m hiring a highly detail-oriented VA to help with daily prospecting tasks. Your job is to read news articles, identify the person being accused or mentioned, find their correct email address, and prepare a personalized outreach email using a template (only updating the name and allegation).

THIS ROLE INCLUDES:
• Reading news articles and understanding who the “defendant,” “accused,” or “subject” is
• Finding verified email addresses for the correct person
• Filling out a simple Google Sheet (name, email, link, allegation summary, etc.)
• Preparing a personalized outreach email using my template
• Following a consistent workflow each day

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent reading comprehension (English)
• Very strong research skills
• Experience finding emails (Hunter, Clearbit, Apollo, manual search, etc.)
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Notion
• High attention to detail — accuracy is critical
• Ability to follow exact instructions and meet daily deadlines

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED):
• Experience with cold email outreach
• Ability to quickly understand news/legal articles
• Familiarity with CRM tools

HOURS:
Part-time to start. Monday–Friday. Long-term role.

RATE:
$450/month (based on skill & experience)

TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY):

Put “I read the article” in the subject line — otherwise your application will be ignored.

In 3–5 sentences, explain your experience with online research + email finding.

Open this sample news article ( ---------- ), and tell me who the story is about in one sentence.

Tell me which tools you use to find emails.

Tell me your expected monthly salary.

If you don’t follow the exact steps above, your application will not be considered.
