JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a self-starter with a sharp operational mindset and a passion for high-volume hiring. As our Talent Acquisition Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting BPO recruitment campaigns, optimizing hiring funnels, and owning our ATS and automation workflows. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things organized, responsive, and scalable — all while delivering a stellar candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
Own and manage our ATS database: job postings, candidate tagging, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
Actively support BPO volume hiring: screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage bulk applicant flows
Respond to candidate inquiries via email, chat, and social platforms with
professionalism and warmth
Optimize and schedule social media hiring ads across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn,
TikTok, etc.)
Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and automation flows for hiring metrics
Use basic HTML to format job posts, email templates, and landing pages
Generate weekly reports on hiring funnel health, campaign performance, and candidate engagement
Flag bottlenecks and propose process improvements to streamline operations
Ensure compliance with data privacy and recruitment standards (GDPR, EEO, etc.)

Requirements:
3+ years in recruitment operations or talent acquisition support, ideally in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Fountain, Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
Must have your own working device
Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative and follow through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting) and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, etc.) Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for formatting and editing recruitment assets
Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing
Familiarity with chatbot tools or automated candidate engagement platforms
Exposure to global hiring workflows and time zone coordination
Ability to train others on ATS usage and hiring tools
