JOB OVERVIEW

We are growing a Shopify print-on-demand brand and looking for a skilled, reliable, and proactive VA who can handle daily operations, content creation, and marketing tasks. This role is for someone who wants to grow with the brand, take ownership of their work, and consistently deliver results.

This position is 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday. This is a high demand position, please do not waste my time and I will not waste yours :)

Responsibilities:

Manage Shopify backend (products, apps, collections, optimization)

Run and test Meta ads using small daily budgets

Create and post organic content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Grow and manage the email list (popups, flows, broadcasts)

Conduct outreach to influencers and affiliates

Track and report daily metrics (ads, traffic, sales, email growth)

Produce high-quality AI-generated graphics, images, and marketing assets

Complete additional growth-related tasks as needed

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Proven Shopify experience

Experience running Meta ads for ecommerce

Strong social media content creation skills

Strong AI skills (image generation, graphics, and content creation)

Email marketing experience

Excellent English (written and spoken)

Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable

Able to work 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Able to send daily updates without fail

Preferred (Not Required):

Print-on-demand experience

Interest in history

Experience with automation or AI tools
