JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) developer to architect, build, and finalize a white-label dental marketing system designed for deployment across multiple users. This system must be structured for scalability, HIPAA-awareness, clean architecture, and seamless integration with Meta and Google ad lead sources.

This role requires someone who understands both the technical backend of GHL and the marketing flows needed to manage inbound leads from paid ads—ensuring the entire system is turnkey for dental practices.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture & White-Label Build
• Build a fully operational, white-label GoHighLevel system that dental practices can immediately use upon onboarding
• Structure workflows, pipelines, calendars, funnels, forms, and automations so that they are:
• Modular
• Easy to replicate via snapshots
• Clean, scalable, and intuitive for end-users

HIPAA-Sensitive Setup
• Configure data flows, automations, and messaging with HIPAA-sensitive logic in mind
• Ensure compliant handling of patient inquiries, reminders, and follow-up communications
• Integrate lead capture while maintaining privacy and best practices

Meta & Google Ads Integration
• Set up and manage integrations for:
• Meta Lead Ads
• Google Ads Lead Forms
• Website conversion tracking
• Build automated workflows to handle inbound ad responses, including:
• Lead tagging
• Pipeline assignment
• Automated follow-up sequences
• Instant notifications to dental teams
• No-show and unresponsive lead recovery workflows

Workflow Creation

Develop modular flows including but not limited to:
• New patient acquisition
• Implant & orthodontic workflows
• Missed call text-back
• Appointment reminders & confirmations
• Reactivation & recall sequences
• Review generation campaigns
• Lead recovery and long-term nurture content

Technical Enhancements
• Integrate APIs and third-party tools as needed
• Troubleshoot existing builds and refine them into a polished, user-ready product
• Document system logic for internal and client onboarding

Required Experience
• 3+ years of advanced GoHighLevel development
• Experience creating white-label or multi-client systems
• Strong understanding of Meta and Google ad lead integrations
• Ability to build marketing automation flows that handle high-volume inbound leads
• Dental or medical niche experience (strong plus)
• Excellent system organization and documentation skills
• Deep awareness of HIPAA-sensitive communication workflows
