About SÓLMTHR

SÓLMTHR is a spiritual-psychological coaching platform for women moving through profound life transitions — the descent, the truth-telling, the return home to their own SOL.
As the founder steps into the next evolution of this work, we are bringing the company fully online — websites, funnels, systems, branding, communities, automations, and the entire digital nervous system.
We are seeking a Tech + Marketing VA who is grounded, organized, emotionally intelligent, and able to hold space for a high-level creative founder.
Someone who understands the pace, depth, and nuance of spiritual leadership…
while also being able to say:
“I’ve got this. I’ll take it from here.”

Your Role

You will assist with:
Setting up and maintaining all online systems (website, calendar, programs, automation)
Creating and maintaining funnels, opt-ins, CRM, email flows
Managing content across platforms (IG, newsletter, community spaces)
Organizing operations, SOPs, documents, and internal systems
Light copy support (formatting, editing, turning notes into clarity)
Tech problem-solving
Being the steady “spine” that holds the digital ecosystem so the founder can stay in her zone of genius: transformation, teaching, coaching, creating.

Strong plus if you understand the personal development + coaching world.

What You’ll Be Doing (Examples)

Updating Squarespace pages
Managing Flodesk or other email platforms
Setting up payment links, Calendly or Acuity, booking pages
Turning raw voice notes into neatly organized tasks
Designing simple PDFs in Canva
Light content repurposing - IG to LinkedIn to Emails
Creating internal systems + SOPs
Running backend of programs (group coaching, The Club, workshops)
Maintaining the digital operations so the founder can breathe and create

Compensation + Structure

Gig --> Part-time --> Could Be Full Time contractor (lots of room for growth)
Rate negotiable based on experience
Long-term relationship desired
Flexible schedule, but ability to respond within 24 hours
